An update now on that snap shot of Prime Minister Trudeau shirtless on a B.C. beach.
The photographer, Marnie Recker, took the picture at a wedding.
It went viral and she said the federal Conservatives grabbed it and began using it illegally in a social media campaign.
The caption read: “Canada lost $110,000 jobs recently and the Prime Minsiter is still on vacation.”
A cease and desist letter was sent, and the picture disappeared from Conservative Party sites.
