A Port Alberni man has been charged with second degree murder in the death of 62-year-old Davin Nicholas Reid last Halloween.
RCMP were called to a sudden death in the 35-hundred block of 10th avenue on October 31st.
The cause of death of 62-year-old Davin Reid wasn’t apparent, but after police investigators and the BC Coroners Service looked into it further they determined it wasn’t natural causes.
65-year-old James Ogden was arrested at his Port Alberni home yesterday.
He is charged with second-degree murder.
